Garage Door Openers
Local Garage Door Repair offers three types of garage door openers – Estate Series (Heavy Duty), Premium Series (Standard Duty), and Contractor Series (Light Duty).

To best determine which model (a/k/a motor) is best for you, first determine your family’s usage. Ask yourself the following questions:

  • How many family members use the garage door?
  • How many times per day, total, does your garage door go up and down?
(Up and down = One Time.)
  • Based on the number of times per day, pick which model meets your needs.

An important note about installation:

For your added security we walk you step by step through programming your remote controls. This will insure that you are the only one with access to your garage and your home.

Use caution when allowing a technician from another company to program your remote controls. They could easily program an additional remote control to gain access to your home.
